Services and programs are numerous and specific to the needs of the community. Needs of the communities are determined by a multi-tasked approached and delivered utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach: Asset mapping the local community, assessing the residents, and connecting quality community-based service providers to the project. Services are typically delivered by a combination of Pacific Housing employees providing direct services, community based organizations providing developmental services, or residents of the project delivering community-building services.
