The development team for Heritage at Del Paso Nuevo is made up of two local nonprofits: Pacific Housing Inc. and the Mutual Assistance Network of Del Paso Heights. Pacific Housing is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation dedicated to serving lower-income California families and seniors with affordable housing and uplifting programs since 1998. Founded in Del Paso Heights over 20 years ago, Mutual Assistance Network is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) social and economic development corporation that uses the skills and talents of the residents of northern Sacramento to expand opportunities and improve social conditions.
